A web based API Click to Call service. Features include a customised web link, global free call service available to fixed and mobile phone callers and business numbers. Calls are captured according to the preferences set in the account which identify the Ad Source, the web page, landing page, online advertising etc. Business hours provide 24/7 access even when the business is closed, the out of hours service captures information from the visitor and delivers it to the registered email address of the account holder. ClickCalling is not a telephone service, it provides a phone to phone connection from a click on a link from anywhere to anywhere. The only API custom solution available to call enable Banner Ads on the internet or mobile devices. BannerCalling is an add on service to ClickCalling provided to marketers and business clients for promotional banner ads which are presented as a static banner or delivered from an Adserver platform to one or multiple websites in a campaign. Call tracking and data capture provide results from the banner showing detailed caller information which provides the marketer and client with the information on the success of the campaign. Uses: Any banner or advertisement where the outcome expectation is a call from the internet visitor. Interactive advertising. An API custom solution available as an annual subscription to online Directory providers. DirectoryCalling provides call enabled entries in the online directory from a single registration process. Providing Geographic phone numbers to create a local presence anywhere in Australia. The calls terminate on your business fixed line phone wherever you are located in Australia (mobile termination can be provided as an alternative plan). The caller is calling a local number and pays for a local call to their carrier. The call is routed through our servers to your business, the call routing and number setup for your business is part of your monthly package. Uses: Newspaper, Magazine, Television, Radio, any advertising traditionally conducted by a business offline. Benefits: Call data capture provides proof of results for offline marketing.

PriorityCalling
Providing National toll free numbers (1300/1800 or name numbers) to invite customers anywhere in Australia to free call your business. The priority numbers work the same way they would if you acquired them from a telephone carrier. For the 1300 numbers the caller pays a local call and the business pays a per minute call rate. For the 1800 numbers the caller pays nothing, the business pays a small per minute rate. The standard service is offered fixed to fixed phones Australia wide. However if you require mobile callers or a mobile at the business end, Nascomms have a package to provide you with this service. SMSCalling
Providing a text code and an SMS service. A customer sends the text code to the SMS number, their phone rings immediately and the business phone rings as well, your caller and your sales staff are connected. The caller pays their carrier level for an SMS text sent, your business call is included in your account as a packaged solution. Call tracking, data capture are all included in your packaged product. No other charges apply. Uses: Promotion using an appropriate text code, delivered to the person in your organisation trained to respond to the call. The text code can be anything that is relevant to your organisation and your advertising offer. Benefits: The SMS number can be stored in the customers phone for future contact. Medical Service
Our solution provided a one to many connection through database integration to collect the required information to connect both parties in the call. The solution allowed for the sales rep on leave, left employment, away sick, and otherwise unavailable to the assigned customer. An alternative staff member received the customer call. Call capture information was used to verify sales orders and to report on the calls that resulted in immediate sales and those that required a follow up call. The customer was not required to enter their telephone number unless they were not at their normal point of contact or wished to use an alternative number such as a mobile.
Real Estate
Our API solution provided a unique link for each agent on multiple listings, a simplified method for the web developer to upload hundreds of links on a Real Estate site.
Banking
Our solution provided call access from an online form without losing the entered information during the call activation. This solution produced outstanding results in converting this otherwise difficult and unsuccessful form application to a healthy 90% success rate.
