SMSCalling is designed for marketing from a text code to your ClickCalling account. It removes the SMS charges and extends your online marketing to cover off line advertising without the hassles of setting up SMS services.

Select a code which you want to advertise, call us for the SMS services and if you already have a ClickCalling account you can use the same account to run your SMS campaigns.

How is SMSCalling™ being used?

If you advertise in paper media you can include the SMS number we provide to you plus your code word. You can set up a different code for each advertisement so you know from your reports which advertising avenue is working for you. Each code has its own detailed reports in your ClickCalling account. Reports are updated in real time and are available 24x7 from your log in.

You can use SMSCalling in paper, television, radio, billboards, flyers, in fact any advertising that is not connected to the internet is suitable for SMSCalling.

Combining ClickCalling (for online advertising) and SMSCalling (for off line advertising) delivers all reporting within the same account interface. Compare the reports online, download the reports for your in house meetings and budget reports. Its all available and inclusive in your account.

How does it work?

From your advertisement a customer who wants to take advantage of your offer, sends the code to the SMS number in your advertisement, the API solution routes the caller to your nominated telephone number in your account and connects you with the caller instantly on a phone to phone connection. No call charges apply.

The caller can store the number in their phone so they can connect with you when they want to buy or book your services next time. It generates customer loyaty by making the connection to your business a user friendly event.

The caller maybe charged for the text message by their carrier according to their plan, they will not be charged for the call and since your calls are included in your ClickCalling account, you will not be charged for the call and you will not be charged any SMS fees either.

Codes can be active for as long as you choose, however if you are running a Campaign for a specified time period, the code can be automatically inactive after the specified date. If you want to reuse the code at a later date, we can reactivate that code for you.

As SMSCalling is a combined service you will also have ClickCalling for your online marketing, if you choose to use it.

What does it cost

1. Set up a prepaid ClickCalling® account with all the standard features which can be used for your online marketing and website - AUD$97 (automatic online account set up)

2. A once only "setup fee" for the SMSCalling™ API - $100 (invoiced amount) - provide us with the code word or words you require.
