Bulk packs are provided with a focus on particular cuts. For instance in Pack 1 the focus cuts are T Bone Steaks and in Bulk Packs 2 the focus cuts are Porterhouse Steaks. When you order with us by phone we can discuss your preferred cuts and produce a pack to suit your order.
