Refunds and Returns Policy
Nascomms will always ensure that our services are delivered with the utmost care, skill and due diligence to ensure the greatest outcomes for your business. We are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind about the services you requested and recieved from Nascomms.
However you can always choose to cancel your contract within the parameters of your cancellation period agreed during your sign up process.
If the service has a major problem such as:
1. Has a problem that would stop someone from reasonably utilising the service as expected and advertised.
2. Is substantially unfit for its common purpose and cannot be easily fixed within a reasonable time as determined by Nascomms.
3. The service does not meet the specific requirements you requested and this cannot be mutually rectified.
Nascomms will refund on a pro-rata basis the undelivered services and any unused prepaid minutes billed to your account.
